PTA OBJECTIVES

  • To promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school, community and place of worship.

  • To raise the standards of home life.

  • To secure absolute laws for the care and

    protection of children and youth.

  • To bring into closer relation the home and the school, that parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the education of children and youth.

  • To develop between education and the

    general public such united efforts as will secure for all children and youth the highest advantages in physical, mental, social and spiritual education.

30-day-PTA membership mandatory for grant application. Requester MUST present at PTA meeting. Please provide a receipt or a purchase order if possible. Or, a receipt or purchase order must be provided to the PTA within 60 days of grant being approved (if grant is approved).

Breakdown of financial expenditure (Please include supplemental funding sources)

If this grant request is approved, what are the 1) expected educational or community benefits and 2) what audience will this request impact and how.

How does this request satisfy the PTA Objectives?

The Windham PTA acknowledges your efforts on behalf of our school and community. A written report and photos following the grant funded event or purchase would provide valuable information for the PTA, thank you!
